A two-minute tour

Your health, easier to understand.

Vitals keeps your lab results, daily check-ins, and doctor visits in one place, and explains them in plain English.

Meet Sam.
Sam had blood work three times this year: January, May and September. Let's see what Vitals shows Sam.

Tap Next at the bottom, or swipe. Tap any result to have it explained.

Chapter 1 · Everything at once

26 results, one screen.

A lab printout is pages of numbers. Vitals sorts them by body system and gives each one a color.

Chapter 2 · One result, explained

What does this number mean?

Here's ApoB, one of Sam's results, the way Vitals explains every result.

Two ranges, not one. The lab's "normal" range covers most people. The darker green goal range is where the research says it's best to be. Being "normal" isn't always the same as being in the best spot.
Chapter 3 · Watch it change

Play your year forward.

Press play to watch all 26 results move from January to September. Each circle is one result.

Why it matters: one result on its own tells you little. The direction it's heading tells you a lot more.
Chapter 4 · Cause and effect

Did what Sam tried actually help?

The top bar shows what Sam started and when. The charts below show the results that might respond.

Honest by design: these line up in time, which is worth talking about. Lining up doesn't prove that one caused the other.
Chapter 5 · What changed

The biggest moves, first.

Instead of comparing two printouts line by line, Vitals lists what moved most, and whether that's good.

Chapter 6 · Everyday patterns

How sleep shows up the next day.

A 10-second check-in each day (sleep, mood, energy, pain) adds up. After a few months, patterns appear.

A pattern is a question, not a diagnosis. Vitals waits until there's enough data before showing one, so it doesn't jump to conclusions after a few days.
Chapter 7 · Ready for the visit

One page for the doctor or nurse.

Before an appointment, Vitals prints a short summary: what needs attention, what's improving, and the questions to ask.

For the clinic: the summary is short enough to read in under a minute, and it uses each lab's own reference ranges.
That's the tour

Make it yours.

With your own account, you can photograph or upload a lab report and check it before anything is saved. Add Vitals to your phone's home screen and it opens like an app.

Everything in this tour is made up for illustration. The ranges are typical adult ranges; the real app uses the ranges printed on your own lab report.
